Return Policy:

 

RFID products are frequently purchased for experimental or evaluation purposes. For this reason, RFIDSolutionsInc.com considers all RFID orders NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. If you are unsure of the product that you are considering, please contact an RFIDSolutionsInc.com Sales Engineer for assistance by emailing us at info@RFIDSolutionsInc.com.

 

All RFID products that are defective must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Repair Procedure:

 

Contact RFIDSolutionsInc.com at info@RFIDSolutionsInc.com and request an RMA number. You must include the manufacturer's original packaging, both inside and outside. All returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the product was received.
